Our Process

Building or renovating a new home can be overwhelming. At Inhouse Construction, we know that in order to achieve a quality build - effective communication, a streamlined process and the right team is essential.

Every project is unique, but here is how yours may unfold.

Initial Consultation

This is where we get to know you and your vision for the project. We discuss your needs, preferences, and goals, and evaluate the feasibility of your ideas. This is an opportunity for us to understand your budget and timeline.

If you have plans, we can go through these.

If you don't have plans, we can bring in our trade partners to co-ordinate with you on the design.

Design Concepts

Our team collaborates with you and designers to refine or develop detailed design plans that reflect your vision. This stage allows for creative input and adjustments, ensuring that the final design meets your expectations before moving forward.

Proposal & Contract

Once the design is finalised, you will recieve a proposal and contract. This document outlines the scope of work, detailed cost estimates, and project timelines. We review all terms and conditions with you, addressing any questions or concerns.

Construction

Once we have consent, we can begin construction. We manage all aspects of the build, including site preparation, material sourcing, and day-to-day operations. We provide regular updates to keep you informed and involved throughout the process.

Our Trade Partners

Over the years, our team of experienced Palmerston North builders have built strong partnerships with some of the most trusted trade professionals across the wider Manawatu region.

We work closely with leading architectural and interior designers to help bring your dream home to life—collaborating from initial planning through to final completion.
